January 19

*Mark Ybarra Flores, of Sheffield. At 4:40 a.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Flores and charged him with Driving While License Invalid; $1,500 bond, released the next day.

*Joe Angel Garcia, of Fort Stockton. At 9:21 a.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Garcia and charged him with MTR-Unauthorized Use of Vehicle (Pecos County Warrant), No bond approved, still in jail.

*Tine Huynh Nhat Nguyen, of Fort Stockton. At 11:20 a.m. Fort Stockton Police Department officers apprehended the individual and charged them with Keeping a Gambling Place; $2,000 bond, released Jan. 21.

*Josiah Orona Garza, of Fort Stockton. At 11:36 a.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended the subject and charged him with Blue Warrant for Aggravated Assault Causes Serious Bodily Injury (No Bond Approved), and Assault on a family/household member impede breath/ circulation ($5,000 bond set), Pecos County Warrant, Still in Jail.

January 20

*Leticia Garcia Bernal, of Fort Stockton. At 10:18 a.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Bernal and charged her with GJI-Injury to a child/ Elderly/Disabled, Pecos County Warrant, $5,000 bond, released the same day.

*Eli Munoz Carrillo, of Fort Stockton. At 12:29 p.m., FSPD Officers apprehended Carrillo and charged him with Possession of a Controlled Substance greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams Analogue, Pecos County Warrant, $10,000 bond, released the following day.

*Socorro Cabello Lopez, of McCamey. At 3:52 p.m., FSPD officers apprehended the subject and charged him with Criminal Mischief greater than $750 less than $2,500, Pecos County Warrant, $1,000 bond, released the same day.

*Alejandro Fierro Sarabia, of Fort Stockton. At 7:57 p.m., FSPD officers apprehended Sarabia and charged him with Public Intoxication, $2,000 PR Bond, released the next day.

January 21

*Ramon Francisco Terrazas, of Midland. At 2:13 a.m., Department of Public Safety Troopers apprehended Terrazas and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated Third or More Offense, $6,000 bond, released the same day.

January 22

*James John Garcia, of Livingston, Texas. At 4:24 a.m., FSPD officers apprehended Garcia and charged him with Assault Causes Bodily Injury, $2,000 bond, released the same day.

*Andryk Westly Coronado Acosta, of Fort Stockton. At 3:52 p.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended the subject and charged him with Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces, Pecos County Warrant, $500 PR Bond, released the same day.

*Michael Mathews Campbell, of Cedar Park, Texas. At 7:41 p.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Campbell and charged him with Driving while Intoxicated 1st Offense ($1,200 bond), and Unlawful Carrying Weapon ($2,000 bond), released the next day.

January 24

* Madalena- Gabriella Franco, of Fort Stockton. At 1:20 p.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Franco and charged her with MTRPossession of a Controlled Substance, no bond approved, still in jail.

*Emilia Garcia Rodriguez, of Fort Stockton. At 10:32 p.m., FSPD officers apprehended the subject and charged her with Criminal Trespass, $1,000 bond set, still in jail.

January 25

*Luis Espinoza, of Fort Stockton. At 9:10 p.m., DPS Troopers apprehended the subject and charged him with Abandon/ Endanger Child, Winkler County Warrant, $15,000 bond, still in jail.

*Ross Cameron Maltos, of Big Lake. At 11:41 p.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended the subject and charged him with Unlawful Restraint ($4,000 bond set), and Assault by Contact Family Violence ($1,000 bond set), still in jail.

January 26

*Oscar Benevides, Jr., of Fort Stockton. At 8:01 p.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended the individual and charged him with Resisting Arrest Search or Transport ($5,000 bond), and Public Intoxication ($1,500 bond), released Jan. 28.

*Arrion Rosser, of Tulare, California. At 11:08 p.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Rosser and charged him with Burglary of a Building (El Paso County Warrant), $10,000 bond, still in jail.

January 28

Gabriel Gonzalez, of Fort Stockton. At 5:55 p.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Gonzalez and charged him with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 less than 1 gram ($1,500 bond), and Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces ($500 PR bond), released the next day.
