December 12

*Rogelio Davila, of Houston. At 9:24 a.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended the subject and charged him with Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence, Pecos County warrant; $500 PR Bond and released the same day.

*Joey Alfonso Dominguez, of Fort Stockton. At 10:41 a.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended the subject and charged him with Failure to Comply with Registration Requirements, Pecos County Warrant; $15,000 bond set, still in jail.

December 14

* David Michael Aaron, of Crane. At 3:22 p.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Aaron and Sentenced him with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 less than 1 gram. Still in Jail, Serving Sentence.

*Madalena-Gabriella Franco, of Fort Stockton. At 3:45 p.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Franco and charged her with MTRHarassment of a Public Servant, Pecos County Warrant; $2,500 Bond Set, Still in Jail.

* Joseph Martin Martinez, of Fort Stockton. At 3:50 p.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Martinez and charged him with MTR/ Possession of Controlled Substance (No bond approved): MTR/Bail Jumping and Fail to Appear Felony (No bond approved), and MTR/Bail Jumping and Fail to Appear Felony ( No bond approved).

*Nicholas Andrew Martinez, of Fort Stockton. At 3:53 p.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Martinez and charged him with MTR-Theft of Property greater than $30,000 less than $150,000; Pecos County Warrant, no bond approved, still in jail.

*Dezaray Terrazas, of Fort Stockton. At 8:39 p.m. FSPD apprehended Terrazas and charged her with Failure to Appear to Maintain Financial Responsibility, Pecos County Warrant ($500 PR Bond), released the same day.

December 15

*Mariya Garcia, of Fort Stockton. At 10:16 a.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Garcia and charged her with Abandon or Endangering Child, Pecos County warrant ($5,000 bond), released the following day.

*Homar Juan Carlos Lopez, Jr., of Fort Stockton. At 11:13 a.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Lopez and charged him with MTA/ Poss CS PG 2 <1g ($5,000 bond), and MTA/ Tamper Fabricate Physical Evid w/Intent to Impair ($5,000 bond), released the same day.

December 16

*Asheanna Mone Ward, of Houston. At 4:33 a.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Ward and charged her with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 greater than 4 grams less than 400 grams ($5,000 bond), released the next day.

*Eli Olivas Carrillo, of Fort Stockton. At 1:18 p.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended the subject and charged him with FTA-Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 less than 1 gram; Pecos County warrant; $250,000 bond set, still in jail.

*Damian Chavez, of Fort Stockton. At 10:47 p.m., FSPD apprehended Chavez and charged him with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 greater than 1-gram less than 4 grams; $12,000 bond, released the next day.

December 17

* Scott Anthony Gomez, of Iraan. At 5:04 a.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended the individual and charged him with Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence, $3,000 bond set, still in jail.

*Matthew Lee Flores, of Fort Stockton. At 4:16 p.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Flores and charged him with FTA/Burglary of Building ($250,000 bond set); FTA/Unauthorized Use of Vehicle ($125,000 bond set); FTA/Theft Property greater than $2,500 less than $30,000 ($125,000 bond set), and Resist Arrest Search or Transport ($7,000 bond set), Pecos County warrants, still in jail.

December 18

*Cassidy Danielle Sutherland, of Santa Ana, California. At 2:15 p.m., the Department of Public Safety apprehended Sutherland and charged her with Possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces ($500 PR Bond), and Possession of a Controlled Substance POG 2 less than 1 gram ($2,000 bond).

December 19

*Saul Flores, of Fort Stockton. At 12 a.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Flores and charged him with Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence; $3,500 bond, released the same day.

* Oscar Romero Benavides, Jr., of Fort Stockton. At 1:30 a.m., FSPD apprehended the subject and charged him with Resist Arrest Search or Transport ($2,000 bond set), and Public Intoxication ($1,000 PR bond), Released the same day.

*Melissa Aine Castano, of Hurst, Texas. At 12 p.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Castano and charged her with Smuggling of Persons under 18 Years of Age, Pecos County Warrant; $250,000 bond set, still in jail.

*Eloy Trujillo-Trujillo, of Fort Stockton. At 2:15 p.m., FSPD apprehended the subject and charged him with MTA/ Agg Assault Date/ Family/ House w/ Weapon. Pecos County Warrant, ($250,000 bond set), Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces ($500 PR bond), and Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams) ($5,00 Bond Set), still in jail.

December 21

*Christopher James Burley, of Benzonia, Michigan. At 3:13 a.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Burley and charged him with Felony Parole Violation, Michigan warrant; no bond approved, still in jail.
