MAY 15

• Ronald Albert Baca II, of Fort Stockton. At8:42 a.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s office apprehended Baca on P3ecos County Warrants and charged him with FTAPossession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces, $1,000 bond set; and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, $350,000 bond set, and he’s still in jail.

• Joey Alfonso Dominguez, of Fort Stockton. At 1:54 p.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Dominguez on Pecos County Warrants and charged him with sex offenders duty to register life/annually, $25,000 bond set; and failure to comply sex offenders duty to register life/annually, a $25,000 bond was set and he’s still in jail.

• Michael Riley Dwain Reel, of Iraan. Ay 3:09 p.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Reel and charged him with GJI-theft of property less than $2,500 2/more. A $5,000 PR bond was posted, and he was released the same day.

• Michael Riley Dwain Reel, of Fort Stockton. At 5:25 p.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Reel and charged him with criminal trespass, $2,000 bond set; and theft of property less than $100 with previous conviction, $6,000 bond set and he’s still in jail.

• Jon Anthony Natividad, of Fort Stockton. At 11:46 p.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Natividad and charged him with assault causes bodily injury family violence, $2,000 bond set and he’s still in jail.

MAY 16

• Joan Manuel Perez Rivero, of San Antonio. At 6:40 a.m., the Texas Department of Public Safety apprehended Rivero and charged the individual with six counts of smuggling of persons, a $20,000 bond was set for on charge and PR bonds in total of $2,500 were set four five other charges and the individual is still in jail.

• Damian Lee Cartwright, of Fort Stockton. At 5:31 p.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Cartwright and charged him with GJI-assault family/ household member. $5,000 bond was set and he’s still in jail.

MAY 17

• Ryan Douglas Fierro, of Fort Stockton. At 9:58 p.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Fierro and charged him with possession of a controlled substance PG 1 less than 1 gram. A $4,000 bond was set and he’s still in jail.

MAY 18

• Riggin Lee Hernandez, of Ozona. At 1:52 p.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s office apprehended Hernandez and charged him with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces. He posted a $500 PR bond and was released the same day.

• Alonzo Jose Rodriguez, of Fort Stockton. At 4:29 p.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Rodriguez and charged him with FTA-assault causes bodily injury. A $1,000 bond was set and he’s still in jail.

MAY 19

• Ethan Jacob Arguello, of Iraan. T 2:15 p.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Department apprehended Arguello and charged him with evading arrest detention w/ motor vehicle (Pecos County JP 3 warrant), $7,000 bond set; possession of a controlled substance PG 1 greater than 1 gram less than 200 grams, $3,000 bond set; unauthorized use of a vehicle, $5,000 bond set; evading arrest detention w/ motor vehicle, $7,000 bond set; resisting arrest search or transport; $2,000 bond set and he’s still in jail.

• Brandon Serrano, of Los Angeles, Calif. At 11:28 p.m., officers with the Texas Department of Public Safety apprehended Serrano and charged him with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces ($500 PR bond) and possession of a controlled substance PG 2 greater than 4 grams and less than 400 grams, $2,000 bond set and he was released May 20.

MAY 20

• Misael Lopez, of Fort Stockton. At 12:34 a.m., officers with the Texas Department of Public Safety apprehended Lopez and charged him with evading arrest detention w/ vehicle, $10,000 bond; p Possession of a controlled substance PG 2 greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams, $3,000 bond; possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces, $500 PR bond; racing on highway, $2,000 bond set and he was released the same day.

• Leyla Grace Pierson, of Fort Stockton. At 12:02 p.m., deputies from the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Pierson and charged her with injury to a child/elderly/ disabled person with intent SBI Mental, $100,000 bond set; injury to a child/ elderly/disabled person with intent to SBI Mental, $100,000 bond set (both Ector County warrants) and she’s still in jail.

• Jose Luis Reyes, of Fort Stockton. At 5:30 p.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Reyes and charged him with possession of a controlled substance PG 1 less than 1 gram on a Parker County Warrant. A $60,015 bond was set, and he was released the same day.

MAY 21

• Joe Thomas Ramirez, of Fort Stockton. At 4:16 a.m., officers with the Texas Department of Public Safety apprehended Ramirez and charged him with driving while intoxicated second offense, a $2,000 bond was set, and he was released the same day.

• Andres Enrique Silvas, of Fort Stockton. At 12:50 p.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Silvas and charged him with assault causes bodily injury family violence on a Pecos County Warrant. A $2,500 bond was set, and he was released the same day.

• John Edward Salinas, of Fort Stockton. At 1:24 p.m., officers with the Texas Department of Public Safety apprehended Salinas and charged him with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces ($500 PR bond), and possession of a controlled substance PG 2 greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams; a $5,000 bond was set, and he was released May 22.

• Jorg Lehneck, of Fort Stockton. At 5:24 p.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Lehneck and charged him with driving while intoxicated blood alcohol level greater than 0.15. A $1,500 bond was set and he’s still in jail.

• Lewis Angel Subia, of Fort Stockton. At 11:49 p.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Subia and charged him with FTADriving While Intoxicated first offense on a Pecosw County Warrant. A $1,000 bond was set and he’s still in jail.

MAY 23

• Jose Efren Garcia. At 1:19 a.m., officers with the Texas Department of Public Safety apprehended Garcia and charged him with driving while intoxicated 2nd offense. A $3,000 bond was set and he’s still in jail.

• Victor Olivas Jr., of Fort Stockton. At 5:19 p.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Department apprehended Olivas and charged him with GJI-possession of a controlled substance. A $5,000 bond was posted, and he was released the same day.

MAY 24

• Carlos Diaz, of Indianapolis, Indiana. At 9:51 a.m., officers with the Texas Department of Public Safety apprehended Diaz and charged him with smuggling of persons, 2 counts. A $10,000 bond was set on each count, $20,000 total, and he’s still in jail.

• Robert Gonzales Jimenez, of Fort Stockton. At 9:25 p.m., officers with the Texas Department of Public Safety apprehended Gonzales and charged him with MTR-Criminal Mischief greater than $100 less than $750, $1,000 bond set; CPFDriving While License Invalid with previous conviction or suspension, $1,000 bond set; three traffic tickets - CPF-Operating unregistered motor vehicle, CPF-Driving While License Invalid, and Driving While License Invalid with Previous Conviction or Suspension; Payment arrangements made and he’s still in jail.

• Jesus Alberto Hernandez, of Fort Stockton. At 10:15 p.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Hernandez and charged him with evading arrest or detention w/ vehicle, $15,000 bond set; unlawful restraint, $5,000 bond set, and assault causes bodily injury family violence, $7,000 bond set and he’s still in jail.

MAY 25

• Blas Jurado Lopez, of Fort Stockton. At 12:03 p.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Department apprehended Lopez and charged him with FTA-Criminal Trespass and possession of a controlled substance PG 1 greater than 1 gram, less than 4 grams; $1,000 bond was set and he’s still in jail.

• Juan Gabriel Sanchez, of Alpine. At 4:24 p.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Department apprehended Sanchez and charged him with FTAunauthorized use of a vehicle on a Pecos County warrant; $100,000 bond was set and he’s still in jail.
