October 30

*Felix Torres, of Fort Stockton. At 10:28 a.m., Pecos County deputies apprehended Torres and charged him with FTA-False Drug Test Falsification, Ector County warrant; $5,000 cash bond set, still in jail.

*Chelse Brooke Villalba, of Fort Stockton. At 6:39 p.m., FSPD officers apprehended Villalba and charged her with Theft of Property greater than $100 less than $750; $1,500 bond set, still in jail.

November 1

*Noemi Rivera Ramirez, of Fort Stockton. At 12 a.m., Pecos County deputies apprehended Ramirez and charged her with FTA-Duty on Striking Fixture/Highway; $1,000 bond set, still in jail.

November 2

*Jason Lee Oldencamp, of Fort Stockton. At 9:10 a.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended the subject and charged him with Aggravated Assault causes Serious Bodily Injury, Pecos County Warramt; $2,500 bond, released the same day.

November 3

*Alexis Marie Esqueda, of Fort Stockton. At 9:49 a.m. FSPD officers apprehended the individual and charged her with two counts of no driver’s license and one count of failure to maintain financial responsibility; fines paid, released Nov. 6.

*Seferino Rodriguez Flores, of Fort Stockton. At 10:17 a.m., FSPD officers apprehended Flores and charged him with Expired Driver’s License and Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility; Fines Due, still in jail.

*John Derek Luna, of Fort Stockton. At 11:01 a.m., FSPD officers apprehended Luna and charged him with FTADriving While License Invalid, Pecos County Warrant ($1,000 bond), No Driver’s :icense, Expired Driver’s License, Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility and Failure to Register Vehicle, fines paid, released the same day.

*Victor Celaya Leyva, Jr., of Fort Stockton. At 12:45 p.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Leyva and charged him with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and No Driver’s License, fines due, still in jail.

November 4

*Olivia Garcia Perez, of Fort Stockton. At 12:11 a.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Perez and charged her with Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence ($3,000 bond), three counts no driver’s license, three counts violate Promise to Appear, no liability insurance, speeding 10%above posted limit, assault causes bodily injury family violence, fines paid, released the next day.

November 5

*Matthew Martin Salazar, of Cibolo, Texas. At 1:06 a.m. DPS Troopers apprehended Salazar and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated Third or More Offense, Bexar County Warrant, $4,000 bond and released the same day.

*Josiah Jeremiah Dominguez, of Fort Stockton. At 4:32 a.m., FSPD officers apprehended the subject and charged him with Deadly Conduct; $6,000 bond and released the same day.

*Elizabeth Zenaida De La Rosa, of Fort Stockton. At 10:29 a.m., FSPD officers apprehended the subject and charged her with Criminal Trespass, $5,000 bond set, still in jail.

*David Matthew Gutierrez, of El Paso. At 12:04 p.m., DPS Troopers apprehended the subject and charged him with Driving while Intoxicated 1st Offense ($1,500 bond set) and Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 greater than 4 grams less than 400 grams ($10,000 bond set) still in jail.

*Xavier Auscencio Lopez, of Fort Stockton. At 9:20 p.m., FSPD officers apprehended Lopez and charged him with Theft of Property greater than $50 less than $750; $1,200 bond set, still in jail.

November 6

*Aleksandr Sergeyevich Fomenko, Hometown Not Listed. At 1:26 a.m., FSPD officers apprehended the individual and charged him with Burglary of a Building ($6,000 bond set) and Criminal Mischief greater than $2,500 less than $30,000 ($6,000 bond set), released the same day.
