October 16

* Mauro Barraza, Hometown Not Provided. Officers apprehended Barraza and charged him with Criminal Trespass ($1,000 bond set) and Resisting Arrest, Search, or Transport ($2,500 bond set). Still in Jail.

October 17

*Shane Velaquez, of Fort Stockton. At 9:13 p.m., DPS Troopers apprehended the subject and charged him with Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces ($500 PR Bond) and Driving While License Invalid with Previous Conviction or Suspension ($1,200 Bond Set). Still in Jail.

October 18

*Kassandra Guadalupe Vasquez, of Fort Stockton. At 3:07 a.m., Officers from the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Vasquez and charged her with MTA-Possession of a Controlled Substance PG greater than 4 grams less than 200 grams, Pecos County Warrant ($250,000 bond set) and Evading Arrest or Detention ($4,000 bond set), Still in Jail.

*Pedro Garcia, of Houston. At 5:29 a.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Garcia and charged him with Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces ($500 PR Bond); Failure to Identify Fugitive from Justice ($2,000 Bond Set); Theft of Property greater than $2,500 less than $30,000, Harris County Warrant ($75,000 Bond Set); Theft of Property less than $2,500 two or more Convictions (No Bond Approved; Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 less than 1 gram, Harris County Warrant (No Bond Approved); Theft of Property greater than $2,500 less than $30,000, Harris County Warrant (No Bond Approved), and Theft of Property less than $2,500 with two or more convictions, Brazoria County Warrant ($20,000 Bond Set), Still in Jail.

*Andrik Michael Martin Duran, of Fort Stockton. At 8:10 p.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Duran and charged him with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 less than 1 gram; $1,000 bond set, still in jail.

*Jerry Gonzales, Jr., of Fort Stockton. At 8:10 p.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Gonzales and charged him with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 less than 1 gram ($3,000 bond set); Possession of a controlled substance PG 2 less than 1 gram ($1,000 bond set); Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon ($1,000 Bond set); Released the next day.

October 19

*Oscar Jovany Lopez, of Fort Stockton. At 12:28 a.m., Officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Lopez and charged him with Criminal Trespass, $2,000 PR Bond, Still in Jail.

*Antonio Salazar Ruiz, of Fort Stockton. At 4:40 a.m., FSPD Officers apprehended the individual and charged him with FTA- Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces, Pecos County Warrant) ($1,000 bond set); Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 less than 1 gram ($10,000 bond set), and Evading Arrest or Detention ($20,000 bond set), Still in Jail.

*Raymond Thompson III, of Birmingham, Alabama. At 11:53 p.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Thompson and charged him with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a felon; $7,000 bond set, still in jail.

October 20

*Freddy Mendoza, Jr., of Crane. At 1:20 a.m., FSPD Officers apprehended the subject and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated third or more offense ($12,000 bond set), and Tamper or Fabricate Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair ($10,000 bond set), still in jail.

* Michael Dsean Johnson, of Richmond, Texas. At 4:29 a.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Johnson and charged him with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams ($7,000 PR Bond), and Possession of Marijuana greater than 4 ounces less than 5 pounds ($5,000 PR Bond) Released the same day.
