MAY 8

• Larry Douglas Rex, of Bracketville, Texas. At 7:39 p.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Rex and charged him with Public Intoxication. He posted a $500 PR bond and was released May 9.

• Juan Alberto Villareal, of Laredo. At 9:45 p.m., officers with the Department of Public Safety apprehended Villareal and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or more offense, a $5,000 bond was set, and driving while Intoxicated third or more offense on a Dimmit County Warrant, no bond was approved and he’s still in jail.

MAY 9

• Adrian Gonzalez-Ortiz, of Fort Stockton. At 9:49 a.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Gonzalez-Ortiz and charged him with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces. A $500 bond was set, and he was released the same day.

• Dino Gonzalez-Galvan, of Fort Stockton. At 3:23 p.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Galvan and charged him with FTA-Possession of a controlled substance. A $6,000 bond was set and he’s still in jail.

MAY 11

• Daniel Rodriguez Marquez, of Odessa. At 3:55 a.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Marquez and charged him with aggravated robbery, $15,000 bond set; theft of property $500$1,5000 ENH, $5,000 bond set, and deadly conduct, $5,000 bond set. All are Ector County warrants; he was released the same day.

• Malcom Lee Hughes, of Fort Stockton. At 144 p.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Hughes and charged him with failure to register as a sex offender life/annual, $200,000 bond set; Aggravated assault against a public servant, $200,000 bond set; aggravated assault date/ family/house with a weapon, $200,000 bond set; aggravated assault date/family/house with a weapon, $200,000 bond set; aggravated assault date/family/ house with a weapon, $200,000 bond set. Hughes is still in jail.

MAY 12

• Matthew Lee Flores, of Fort Stockton. At 12:13 p.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Flores and charged him with unauthorized use of a vehicle, $5,000 PR bond set; and theft of property between $2,500 and $30,000, $5,000 PR Bond set, he was released the same day.

• Jesus Alonzo Flores, of Fort Stockton. At 10:45 p.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Flores and charged him with public intoxication. A $1,500 PR Bond was set, and he was released May 13.

MAY 13

• Wayne West, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. At 2:30 a.m., troopers with the Texas Department of Public Safety apprehended West and charged him with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces, $500 PR Bond was set; and tamper or fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair, $4,000 bond set and he was released the same day.

• Avery Kormin Sanchez, of Fort Stockton. At 7:30 p.m., troopers with the Texas Department of Public Safety apprehended Sanchez and charged the individual with two counts of minor in possession of an alcoholic beverage with bonds of $250 for each count ($500 total); two counts of minor in possession of drug paraphernalia with bonds of $500 for each count ($1,000 total); open container, $250 bond set, and no driver’s license (when unlicensed), $250 bond set. The individual is still in jail.

• Leopoldo Ureste Jr., of Fort Stockton. At 8:30 p.m., troopers with the Texas Department of Public Safety apprehended Ureste and charged him with driving while intoxicated first offense. A $1,200 bond was set and he was released May 14.

MAY 14

• Jesus Alfredo Sanchez, of Fort Stockton. At 12:22 a.m., troopers with the Texas Department of Public Safety apprehended Sanchez and charged him with driving while intoxicated first offense. A $1,200 bond was set, and he was released the same day.

• Donovan Duarte Ruiz, of Fort Stockton. At 2:37 p.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Ruiz and charged him with GJI-Assault Family Violence with previous. A $250,000 bond was set and he’s still in jail.
