It is important to note that an arrest should not be considered as evidence of guilt. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

APRIL 25

• Adrian Chabero Ureste, of Fort Stockton. At 1:28 p.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Ureste and charged him with possession of a controlled substance, PG 1, 1-4 grams Analogue. Ureste received a $4,000 bond and was released April 26.

• Edson Ramirez, of Roma, Texas. At 4:52 p.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Department apprehended Ramirez and charged him with FTA-Criminal Mischief $750-$2,500, $1,000 bond set; FTA Criminal Mischief $100-$750, $1,000 bond set; FTA Criminal Mischief $100-$750, $1,000 bond set; FTA Criminal Mischief $100-$750, $1,000 bond set, and FTA Criminal Mischief $100-$750, $1,000 bond set. Ramirez is still in jail.

• Salvador Bernal Garay Jr., of Fort Stockton. At 7:20 p.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Garay and charged him with MTA-Possession of a Controlled Substance. No bond was approved and he’s still in jail.

APRIL 26

• Shawn Adam McIlroy, of Granbury, Texas. At 5:30 p.m. the Department of Public Safety apprehended McIlroy and charged him with Possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces ($500 PR Bond) and unlawful carrying of a weapon ($2,000 bond). McIlroy posted bail and was released April 27.

APRIL 27

• Dterrus Jeron Goree, of Gainesville, Texas. At 1:05 a.m., the Pecos County Sheriff’s office apprehended Goree and charged him with seven counts of Smuggling of Persons, each charge carrying a $3,000 bond for a total of $21,000 and he’s still in jail.

• Dominic Vannard Barree, of Gainesville, Texas. At 2:04 a.m. the Pecos County Sheriff’s office apprehended Goree and charged him with seven counts of Smuggling of Persons, each charge carrying a $3,000 bond for a total of $21,000 and he’s still in jail.

• Alain Carlos Pau Corbin, of Miami, Fla. At 11:34 a.m., officers with the Department of Public Safety apprehended Pau and charged him with possession of marijuana less than two ounces. He posted a $500 PR bond and was released the same day.

• James Joseph Disiere, of Humble, Texas. At 4:28 p.m., officers with the Department of Public Safety apprehended Disiere and charged him with unlawful carrying of a weapon, $1,000 bond set; possession of a controlled substance PG 2 between 4 and 400 grams, $2,000 bond set, and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces, $500 PR Bond and is still in jail.

APRIL 28

• Juan Rascon, of Fort Stockton. At 9:23 a.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Rascon and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated, first offense. Rascon received a $1,500 bond and was released April 29.

APRIL 29

• David Romero-Ronquillo, of Fort Stockton. At 12:43 a.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Romero-Ronquillo and charged hi with possession of a controlled substance, PG 1, less than 1 gram. A $5,000 bond was set and he’s still in jail.

• Jacob Tyler Marshall, of Fort Stockton. At 3:05 a.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Marshall and charged him with burglary of a building. A $3,500 bond was set and he is still in jail.
