Andrea Johnson was presented the Teacher of the Year for the Intermediate School campus and was awarded and a $500 check by the Fort Stockton Lions Club.

Search for Excellence in Education (SEED) Grant awards were handed out to the Teachers of the Year at each campus of the Fort Stockton Independent School District last week. The tradition started in 2004 and has continued on since. The Fort Stockton Lions Club presented each teacher with a $500 check and a certificate for their teaching excellence during the 2020-2021 school year. Cheyenne Hall was presented the Teacher of the Year for the Apache Elementary campus and was awarded a $500 check by the Fort Stockton Lions Club.

Rosemary Saavedra was presented the Teacher of the Year for the Alamo Elementary campus and was awarded a $500 check by the Fort Stockton Lions Club.

Zachary Jones was presented the Teacher of the Year for the Middle School campus and was awarded a $500 check by the Fort Stockton Lions Club.
