September 8

*Jose Luis Ortega, of Fort Stockton. At 2:32 a.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Ortega and charged him with Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence, $3,000 bond, still in jail.

September 10

*Jose Marcos Castillo, of Alice, Texas. At 7:10 a.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Castillo and charged him with Public Intoxication; $1,000 PR Bond, released the same day.

*Rose Mary Cuevas, of Alice, Texas. At 7:24 a.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Cuevas and charged her with public intoxication; $500 bond, released the same day.

*Brandon Espinoza, of Fort Stockton. At 8:44 a.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Espinoza and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated First Offense; $1,200 bond, released the next day.

September 11

*Ray Franco, hometown not listed. At 1:04 p.m., Fort Stockton Police Officers apprehended Franco and charged him with Driving While License Invalid; $3,000 PR Bond and released the same day.

*Adriana Rivera, of El Paso. At 1:24 p.m., FSPD officers apprehended Rivera and charged her with Driving While Intoxicated Third or More Offense; $5,000 bond and released the same day.

*Christian Danae Rubio, of Fort Stockton. At 1:39 p.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Rubio and charged them with MTA-Man Del CS PG 1 greater than 4 grams less than 200 grams; $2,500 bond and released the same day.

September 13

*Aaron Eli Azpeitia, of Fort Stockton. At 6:10a.m., FSPD officers apprehended the subject and charged him with Criminal Mischief $100$750, Pecos County warrant ($1,000 bond set) and Continuous Violence Against the Family ($15,000 bond set) still in jail.

*Christopher Ray Herrera, of Fort Stockton. At 12:37 p.m., FSPD officers apprehended Herrera and charged him with Burglary of a Habitation; $20,000 bond set and still in jail.

September 14, 2023

*Oscar Romero Benavides, Jr., of Fort Stockton. At 2:15 p.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Benavides and charged him with MTR-Accident Involving Damage to Vehicle greater than $200 ($1,200 bond; MTA-Assault Causes Bodily Injury ($2,000 bond); Interference with Emergency Telephone Call ($2,000 bond); Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence ($2,000 bond); Terroristic Threat Family/Household ($2,000 bond); Unlawful Restraint ($2,000 bond); Sexual Assault ($15,000 bond), Pecos County Warrants; released Sept. 16.

*Cain Hernandez-Hernandez, of Ozona. At 6:35 p.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended the individual and charged him with Violation of Protective Order; $1,000 bond and released the next day.

September 15

*Carlos Adrian Escontrias, of Fort Stockton. At 8:18 p.m., FSPD officers apprehended the subject and charged him with Theft of Property $100$750; $1,000 bond and released the same day.

*Myra Alejandra Rivera, of Fort Stockton. At 10:58 p.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended the subject and charged her with Theft of Property $100-$750; $1,000 bond and released the next day.

September 16

*Codie Efrain Bautista, of San Antonio. At 9 p.m., DPS Troopers apprehended the Individual and charged him with Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces ($500 PR bond), and Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 greater than 4 grams and less than 400 grams ($2,500 bond); released the next day.
