Calling all “foodies” and culinary adventurers! The Pecos County Dinner Tonight Cooking Club is seeking new members. Dinner Tonight is a cooking club that aims to bring together individuals passionate about food, learning new recipes and exploring the different menus.

Whether you’re a seasoned home chef or a beginner, Dinner Tonight welcomes everyone. The club is designed to be a supportive environment, encouraging members to share their favorite recipes, skills, and stories while improving your expertise.

Each month we gather to share a meal with a theme. Each member prepares and presents a portion of it. From salads, to entrees, to dessert, Dinner Tonight members expand their knowledge, experiment with new ingredients, then dine together.

Membership in Dinner Tonight is open to all with dues running just $20 a year. They meet once a month, usually on the second Thursday of the month. Most meetings are held at the Pecos County Agrilife Extension Center located at 100 E Division St, Fort Stockton, TX 79735. The next meeting will be a Family Picnic theme to be held on Thursday, Aug. 10, at the Texas A&M Agrilife Extension Office at 6 p.m.

To join Dinner Tonight, or for more information on the upcoming Family Picnic, please contact the Pecos County Agrilife Extension Center at (432) 336-2541 or e-mail Daya Martinez at daya.martinez@ag.tamu.edu
