The Fort Stockton Lions Club began collecting eyeglasses at various businesses throughout town this past week for individuals who cannot afford them. The club has set out boxes at the listed locations for eyeglass donations: State Farm, Walmart, Lowe’s, McCoy’s, First National Bank, 1st Community Fed Credit Union, Tractor Supply, West Texas Eye Care, The Glam Station. The glasses will be collected and taken to the eye glass recycling center and given to children and adults who cannot afford them.
