Joe’s Place and owner Joe Espino held a ribbon cutting ceremony on April at the bar’s location in downtown Fort Stockton. The ceremony, which was hosted by the Fort Stockton Chamber of Commerce, represented the business’ official grand opening and membership acceptance to the chamber. The bar, located at 216 W.
