Fort Stockton First United Methodist Church celebrated their four local Susan Nall Memorial Scholarship recipients on June 5. Pictured left is Susan Nall. The native of Fort Stockton was a member of the First United Methodist congregation when she lost her life at the age of 22 due to a gas leak in her home. She was an educator and in her honor and memory, the scholarship committee selected Daniel Renteria, a 2022 FSHS graduate, who is pursuing a degree with the goal to be an educator. In addition to Daniel, the committee honored the previous mentioned young people.
