Fort Stockton Middle School held its 2023 induction ceremony for the National Junior High Honor Society on Feb. 9. According to seventh and eighth grade ELA teacher Zachary Jones, the last time Fort Stockton Middle School held an NJHS was during 2012-2013 school year.

Eighth grade students inducted were: John Acero Lopez, Miriam Flores, Lauren Gonzalez, Alizaundra Guerrero, Amelia Ingram, Zoey Manosinh, Rogelio Marquez, Valeria Marquez, Robbie Melendez, Ethan Nunez, Octavio Ronquillo, Erika Salgado, Rito Sauceda.
