Up and down Main Street in Fort Stockton, businesses were getting into the Halloween spirit on Friday, Oct. 29 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. by handing out candy and other treats to families. Businesses owners and employees did not shy away from dressing up; there were a variety of costumes including mad scientists, unicorns, witches and TV/movie characters.
