Fort Stockton native Marshall King and Paloma King showed their appreciation to law enforcement on Jan. 9 by giving out meals to law enforcement entities in the area on the behalf of all the Bruce King Company family.

“We have a great appreciation for everything they do. We really don’t believe they have enough dedicated to them, but they have today,” Marshall said. “So, the least we can do is make sure they’re protecting us with a full stomach.”

Sagebrush Café graciously provided and discounted the meals for the King family to hand out on Monday.

Marshall and Paloma have been donating meals to law enforcement locally for three years and plan to continue doing so in the future.

The Bruce King Company performs general construction and was originally based out of Fort Stockton. The company’s main office is now in Del Rio but continues to provide service in Fort Stockton and Pecos County.
