Driver Doug Masters, of Hutto, Texas, won the 100 miles per hour classification at the 24th Annual Big Bend Open on April 23. Masters received his award at the road race’s banquet on Saturday at the Pecos County Civic Center from Fort Stockton CVB Director Crystal Lopez, right, and Shelly Cleveland, left.

Driver Brant Miller, of Leander, Texas, and Jim Miller, of Dallas, Texas, won the 115 miles per hour classification at Saturday’s Big Bend Open Road Race.

Greg Childs, of Odessa, and navigator Thomas Bruce, of Midland, won the 130 miles per hour classification at Saturday’s Big Bend Open Road Race.

Driver Barbara Ashby, of Snyder, Texas, and husband/navigator Mac Ashby won the 145 miles per hour classification at Saturday’s Big Bend Open Road Race. The couple also won the Drivers of the Year award.

Driver Donald Specht, of Bulverde, Texas, and his wife/navigator Linda Pecht won the 105 miles per hour classification at Saturday’s Big Bend Open Road Race.

Driver Jeremy Riley, of Odessa, Texas, and navigator Spencer Reynolds, of Odessa, won the 120 miles per hour classification at Saturday’s Big Bend Open Road Race.

Driver Malcolm Johnson, of Tucson, Arizona, won the 135 miles per hour classification at Saturday’s Big Bend Open Road Race.

Driver Gene Lehmann of Kerrville, Texas, and navigator Colt Whetsone won the 150 miles per hour classification at Saturday’s Big Bend Open Road Race.

Driver Bill Brown, of Midland, Texas, and navigator Pete Moreno of Midland, won the 110 miles per hour classification at Saturday’s Big Bend Open Road Race.

Chad Kuboviak, of Bryan, Texas, and navigator Jeff Tilton, of Cypress, Texas, won the 125 miles per hour classification at Saturday’s Big Bend Open Road Race.

Driver Mike Black, Garland, Texas, won the 140 miles per hour classification at Saturday’s Big Bend Open Road Race.

Driver Laurence Albrecht, of Orlando, Florida, and navigator Maria Diaz won the unlimited class as Saturday’s Big Bend Open Road Race. Their top speed during the race was clocked at 192 miles per hour.
