The Pecos County Memorial Hospital District Board of Directors approved a comprehensive $177,000 campus security overhaul during its regular meeting Tuesday, a session that also served as a farewell to long-serving Director Deborah “Debbie” Teich. The meeting marked the conclusion of Teich’s term representing Precinct 4.
