The Fort Stockton Middle School Blue Wave team competed Saturday in the Odessa Permian Swimming Invitational where the girls team placed first overall and the Boys came in second place overall. Not one but two Middle school records were broken in their first official meet of the year.

The Fort Stockton track team competed at the Greenwood Todd Martin Relays last Saturday, with the Panthers scoring 17 total points at the meet. Following are Panthers results for the meet: *Second Place: Eduardo Hernandez 100 Meters 10:83.

The Fort Stockton High School Prowler Varsity Softball Team returned to action on Feb. 27 in San Angelo as they closed their way to an 18-4 victory over the Lakeview Maidens.

The JV blue Panthers headed to Pecos this past weekend to compete in the Pecos JV tournament. The Panthers first opponent was against the Andrews Mustangs, the Panthers fought and continued to show pride on and off the field but would come up short, 5-0.
