Fort Stockton finished first in the team standings with 54 points, well ahead of Monahans (27) and Kermit (19), reflecting a true team effort built on depth, consistency, and podium finishes throughout the day.

The Fort Stockton High School basketball programs put together a strong stretch of district play last week, highlighted by a sweep of Pecos by the Panthers and continued momentum from the Prowlers as they defended their position in the District 1-4A standings. The boys opened district play on Friday, January 16, at home against Pecos and delivered a complete sweep across all three levels.

As has been the case throughout the season, the Blue teams set the tone early, with the White teams following suit by building confidence and momentum as the schedule progressed.

The Fort Stockton Middle School Panthers wrapped up another strong week on the hardwood, led by the 8th Grade Blue team, which delivered two hardearned victories against familiar rivals while the rest of the Panther squads also found success in their latest matchups.
