Ermenia “Minnie” Salas Rios, 77 of Fort Stockton, TX passed away peacefully on August 27, at home in Fort Stockton.

Visitation will be held from 11a.m. to 3 p.m., on Wednesday, August 28, at Eternity Funeral Home, located at 600 E. Dickinson Blvd. Fort Stockton.

Funeral services will be held at 3pm on Wednesday, August 28, at Eternity Funeral Home with the Steve Ramirez of Emanuel Baptist Church, officiating. A burial will follow at East Side Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are by Eternity Funeral Home.

Ermenia Salas Rios was born in Menard, Texas to Tiburcio Salas and Antonia Hernandez Salas on November 24, 1947. She married Lucio Rios in 1966 in Fort Stockton, Texas. She worked as a provider for Nurses Unlimited, a dedicated Homemaker and a Pecos County Custodian. Ermenia Rios is preceded in death by her parents, Tiburcio and Antonia Salas, brothers, Victor, Roy, Aldred and Christoval Salas and sisters, Maria Louisa Jimenez, Olivia Celaya, Elia Castillo, Amelia Salas, Mary Garcia, Juanita Rivera and Betty Gonzalez.

Ermenia is survived by her loving husband, Lucio Rios, her son Jason T. Rios, grandson Thomas Rios of Fort Stockton, Texas, sister Josephina Aldaco of Summit, Illinois and countless nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Thomas Rios, Adam Joe Marquez, Avan Feyry, Didier Feyry, Jessie Jimenez, Joaquin Jimenez, Ramiro Gonzalez and Israel Rios., Nathan Jimenez, Christian Jimenez, Sebastian

Carrasco.

Memorials may be given to the family at the Eternity Funeral Home.
