Todd Allen Mishnick

Oct. 15, 1958, in Coon Rapids, Minn., on a cold day Robert and Martha Mishnick welcomed their new son, Todd Allen Mishnick. Born a blue baby with little chance of survival, Todd quickly showed everyone what a fighter he was as he defied the odds and made a full recovery. His survival instincts and desire to live life on his terms were apparent from day one, and would go on to define who he was and what he stood for.

Dennis Leon Yeager, 61, passed away at his home in Fredericksburg, Texas, on April 29, 2021. He was born on Sept. 23, 1959, in Colorado City, Texas. Dennis married his first love, Lynn Stewart, in 1977, and they were together for 44 years.

Richard “Bub” Turner

Body

Richard “Bub” Turner passed away in San Angelo, Texas, on Dec. 1, 2020, at the age of 87. Due to COVID restrictions, the family chose to have his memorial at a later date.  

A Memorial Celebration of his life will be on Saturday, May 1, 2021, at 11 a.m. at the East Hill Cemetery in Fort Stockton, Texas.

Gerald Bryant “Jerry” Shugart

Body

Gerald Bryant “Jerry” Shugart died on April 21, 2021, in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, after a lengthy illness. Jerry was born in Eldorado, Texas on Nov. 6, 1946. The Shugart family moved to Fort Stockton, Texas, from Eldorado when Jerry was eight years old. He graduated from Fort Stockton High School in 1965, where he was involved in all journalism activities and tennis.

Juan J. Sanchez

Juan J. Sanchez entered into rest on April 14, 2021. He was born on Sept. 29, 1977, to Jose and Paula Sanchez. He was a loving father and husband. He was a hard worker and was a truck driver for 15 years.

Juan was preceded in death by his father Jose Sanchez.

Louise Graves

Body

At 2:30 a.m. on April 15, 2021, Louise Graves took her last breath on earth, and was reunited with her husband of over 70 years in heaven.

Louise was born on May 20, 1930, in Seagraves, Texas, and moved to Sweetwater, Texas, where she grew up and graduated high school before going off to nursing school at Hardin Simmons in Abilene, Texas. She met the love of her life and husband of over 70 years, Royce Lee Graves, and was married in 1948.
