JULY 18

*Oscar Blanco Ramirez, of Fort Stockton. At 11:25 a.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Ramirez and charged him with FTA-Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 less than 1 gram, Pecos County warrant; $250,000 bond set, still in jail.

*Ismael Antonio Munoz, of Andrews. At 2:36 p.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Department apprehended Munoz and charged him with MTR-Driving While License Invalid, Pecos County warrant; $1,000 bond set, still in jail.

*Anna Nicole Harris, of Fort Stockton. At 5:53 p.m., the Department if Public Safety apprehended Harris and Charged her with Man Delivery of a controlled substance greater than 1 gram and less than 4 grams in a drug free zone, Pecos County warrant; $25,000 bond set, still in jail.

*Randy Davila Frausto, of Fort Stockton. At 11:49 p.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Dept. apprehended Frausto and charged him with evading arrest or detention w/ vehicle; $5,000 bond set, still in jail.

JULY 19

*Chelsea L. Esparza, of Fort Stockton. At 4:44 p.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s office apprehended Esparza and charged her with injury to a child/elderly individual, Pecos County warrant; $35,000 bond set, still in jail.

JULY 20

*Franklin Charles Smith, of Alpine. At 11:38 a.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s office detained Smith for FT-Theft if Property greater than $`00, less than $750, Pecos County warrant; $1,000 bond set, still in jail.

*Juan Carlos Vasquez-Torres, of Fort Worth. At 1:28 p.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s office apprehended the individual and charged him with VOPPossession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 less than 1 gram on a Wise County warrant; $9,000 bond set, still in jail.

*Dolores Gonzales Garcia, of Fort Stockton. At 3:02 p.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department detained Garcia and charged her with Driving While Intoxicated 2nd Offense ($6,000 bond), and Duty on Striking Fixture w/ highway landscape ($2,000 bond), released July 21.

*John Anthony Sigala, of Fort Stockton. At 11:51 p.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department detained Sigala and charged him with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1, less than 1 gram ($3,500 bond) and Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence ($1,500 bond) Pecos County warrant; released July 21.

JULY 21

* Pedro Adrian Salas, of Corpus Christi. At 5:11 p.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Salas and charged him with Assault Family/ House Member; $3,500 bond set and released July 22.

JULY 22

*Ricardo Miramonte Villarreal, of Fort Stockton. At 7:29 a.m., the Department of Public Safety apprehended Villareal and charged him with Assaut Causes Bodily Injury, Pecos County Warrant; $2,500 bond set and released the same day.

*Daniel Trevino, of Fort Stockton. At 1:20 p.m., the Department of Public Safety apprehended Trevino and charged him with Terroristic Threat against a Peace Officer/ Judge ($100,000 bond set), and Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 less than 1 gram ($1,000 bond set), still in jail.
