INGREDIENTS 2 eggs 1/3 cup almond flour 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast 2 tablespoons chopped parsley 2 tablespoons chopped chives 2 tablespoons chopped basil 1 cup of shredded mozzarella 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder salt and pepper to taste DIRECTIONS 1. Cut the chicken into tiny pieces or use a food processor to grind it.

Proposed Legislation for Funding School Resource Officers

A Texas congressman has introduced a bill to expand funding for School Resource Officers (SROs), an effort announced during a bipartisan caucus roundtable focused on school safety. Representative Tony Gonzales, R-Texas, introduced the Funding Offi cers and Resources to Increase Facility Youth Protection (FORTIFY) Act as the new school year begins.

The meetings are a key opportunity for the public to share their experiences with flooding and provide input on priorities for flood mitigation projects, which will help shape the 2028 Upper Rio Grande Regional Flood Plan.
