It had been nearly a month since the Buena Vista girls basketball team had played when they took to the court on Tuesday, Dec. 5 in their district-opener at Grandfalls-Royalty.
The JV Prowlers basketball team traveled to Big Spring Saturday to take on the Lady Steers once again. The Prowlers got off to a slow start offensively, but their defense kept the Lady Steers from getting an insurmountable lead.
When the clock struck midnight and the calendar officially moved from 2020 to 2021, Pam Harris and husband Cliff Harris began a new chapter in their lives after dedicating their entire working careers to Pecos County.
The Fort Stockton Independent School District students will return from winter break on Tuesday, Jan. 12 and as of Monday, Jan. 4, there are currently six active cases from students and staff combined in the district.
