The Fort Stockton Independent School District School Board was recognized as the Texas Rural Education Association School Board of the Year at the organization’s annual banquet on June 28. The event was held in Round Rock at the Kalahari Resort. The Fort Stockton ISD School Board was selected out of the 392 school districts in the state that are members of TREA.
