Students, faculty and members of the public were welcome to attend the opening reception of the Buena Vista Cemetery photograph collection held on April 7 at the Williams Regional Technical Training Center in Fort Stockton. All of the photographs were taken Mario Rodriguez — a man who wears many hats (veteran, photographer, historian and member of the Pecos County Historical Commission).
