E.N.E Electrical Services owner Oscar Franco has lived in Fort Stockton his entire life - 52 years to be exact. It’s a community he cares about deeply and when frigid temperatures caused the power to go out for nearly the entire town, he didn’t hesitate to help those that were dire need.

Heart healthy foods deliver a powerful dose of phytonutrients that prevent and repair cell damage, the essence of preventing heart disease. “Fruits and vegetables in a variety of shapes, colors, and sizes are good for one’s heart,” said Julia Zumpano, a dietitian with the Preventive Cardiology Center at the Cleveland Clinic.
