County approves bids for facility repairs in Precinct 4, tables action on another

Pecos County recently requested proposals from local contractors for repairs to county facilities in Coyanosa and Imperial, the bids were unsealed at the Oct. 24 Pecos County Commissioner’s Court meeting in Fort Stockton. One bid – for low-water crowing repairs on Tipton Road – was approved, but the bids from Triple R Welding of Fort Stockton and Basin Roofing and Construction of Midland to repair the Imperial Fire Station, the Old Community Building in Coyanosa and the Imperial Boy Scout/sheriff’s building were tabled pending warranty information.
