Milagros “Mawmaw Milly” Phillips passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2022 at the age of 77. She was born on May 7, 1945, in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Milly was proceeded in death by her grandson, Hayden and is survived by her children, Melissa and her husband, Bo; Andre and his wife, Constance; Wayne and his wife, Kim; Davey and his wife, Paige; along with her 14 grandchildren.

Second only to her faith, Milly cared most about spending time with her family.  She also enjoyed growing tomatoes, cooking, shopping, crocheting, knitting, playing cards, and keeping her fish tanks.

Services will be held Friday, Nov. 18 at 10 a.m. at The Cammack Family Welch Funeral Home located at 4919 Judson Road, Longview, Texas. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude’s in Milly’s honor.
