Ingredients:
2 2/3 cups flour 3 tablespoons sugar 1 12-ounce can of beer of choice
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, add the dry ingredients and mix well.
Add in the can of beer and incorporate all the ingredients.
The dough will be rustic and sticky, so don’t be alarmed.
Place the dough in a wellgreased loaf pan and place in a preheated 350-degree oven.
Bake for 50-60 minutes. Remove from oven and place on a cooling rack to cool.
Remove from loaf pan and serve with butter and enjoy.
