Thanks to a grant, the Fort Stockton Public Library is bringing back their free concert series for the community to enjoy.
The grant is from the H. Edward Petsch Music Memorial which the donor hoped would provide and enhance art, music, theater, and cultural activities and programming to the community through the library.
Petsch was a Fort Stockton native who loved the arts and left the gift to the library upon his passing.
All of the concerts will happen on a Thursday evening at 7 p.m.
The next concert in the series is the day before Valentine's Day on Thursday, Feb. 13.
That night will feature Celtic music courtesy of Matthew Gurnsey, The Kilted Man.
Peter Fletcher, a classical guitarist will be performing Feb. 27.
On March 19, Suzanne and Jim will be playing their blend of traditional Americana Roots Music.
Richard Smith is performing on April 2 with his finger style guitar work.
The hour-long concerts feature a wide array of artists in an intimate setting.
