The Historic Fort Stockton annual Living History Day will be held this Saturday, Oct. 21 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Fort grounds. This year marks the 150th of the 9th Calvary where they were first posted in 1867.
Living History Day is free to the public. Make plans to relive history this Saturday at Living History Day with Buffalo Soldiers, wagon rides, Native American presenters, Texas Camel Corps., book signings by local authors, chuck wagon, military re-enactors, Texas Wildlife trailer and much more. Don’t worry about the cold air blowing through; the annual chuck wagon will warm you up with some authentic cowboy coffee.
