HE PECOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN REGULAR SESSION ON MONDAY, APRIL 22, 2019 AT 10:00 A. M. IN THE COUNTY COURTROOM, PECOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 103 W. CALLAGHAN, FORT STOCKTON, TEXAS.

AGENDA:

1. Prayer.

2. Court to approve Minutes of Previous Meeting(s).

3. Court to consider and/or act upon Order Prohibiting Outdoor Burning (Burn Ban) to be effective from April 22, 2019 thru July 20, 2019 (90 days).

4. Court to consider and/or act upon Revision of the 2019 Pecos County/City of Fort Stockton Emergency Management Plans from Emergency Management Coordinator, Jessie Dominguez.

5. Court to consider and/or act upon awarding Bid for 10,000 Tons (more or less) of Crushed Limestone (#1 & #2 Flexbase); price quoted should: (1) include freight, delivered charges to Fort Stockton, Iraan, Imperial & Coyanosa (2) at yard (not delivered), which was received in the Pecos County Auditor’s Office by 4:00 p. m., Wednesday, April 17, 2019.

6. Court to consider and/or act upon awarding Bid for 100,000 Gallons (more or less) of CSS-IH Emulsion (or equivalent); price quoted should include a minimum of 2 hours demurrage charge and freight charges for delivery to Fort Stockton, Iraan, Imperial & Coyanosa, which was received in the Pecos County Auditor’s Office by 4:00 p. m., Wednesday, April 17, 2019.

7. Court to consider and/or act upon awarding Bid for 100,000 Gallons (more or less) of CRS-2 Emulsion (or Equivalent); price quoted should include a minimum of 2 hours demurrage charge and freight charges for delivery to Fort Stockton, Iraan, Imperial and Coyanosa, which was received in the Pecos County Auditor’s Office until 4:00 p. m. on Wednesday, April 17, 2019.

8. Court to consider and/or act upon awarding Bid for 10,000 tons (more or less) of Crushed Aggregate, State Grade #3, #4, and #5; price quoted should (1) include freight, delivered charges to Fort Stockton, Iraan, Imperial, Coyanosa, Hwy. 2023, Harral Road & Puckett Road (2) at yard (not delivered), which was received in the Pecos County Auditor’s Office until 4:00 p. m. on Wednesday, April 17, 2019.

9. Court to consider and/or act upon awarding Bid for 100,000 Gallons (more or less) of AC-20-5TR (or equivalent); price quoted should include a minimum of 2 hours demurrage charge and freight charges for delivery to Fort Stockton, Iraan, Imperial, Coyanosa, Hwy. 2023, Harral Road & Puckett Road, which was received in the Pecos County Auditor’s Office until 4:00 p. m. on Wednesday, April 17, 2019.

10. Court to consider and/or act upon awarding Bid for 10,000 tons (more or less) of Aggregate, State Grade #3, #4, and #5; price quoted should (1) include freight, delivered charges to Fort Stockton, Iraan, Imperial, Coyanosa, Hwy. 2023, Harral Road & Puckett Road(2) at yard (not delivered), which was received in the Pecos County Auditor’s Office until 4:00 p. m. on Wednesday, April 17, 2019.

11. Court to consider and/or act upon accepting Donation to the Imperial Public Library from Pecos County Water Improvement District #2 .

12. Court to consider and/or act upon Predator Control Report from USDA-APHIS Wildlife Services.

13. Court to consider and/or act upon request from Oryx Southern Delaware Holdings, LLC, (Scott Marion), to bore beneath Weatherby Road, Secs. 11 & 14, TWP 8, Blk. 8, T&P RR Co., in Precinct #4, with 6.625″ Crude Oil Pipeline.

14. Court to consider and/or act upon request from Brazos Delaware Gas, LLC, to bore beneath Weatherby Road, Secs., 12 & 13, TWP 8, Blk. 48, T&P RR Co., in Precinct #4, with an 8″ Gas Pipeline.

15. Court to consider and/or act upon request from Brazos Delaware Gas, LLC, to bore beneath Pecos Farm Road, Sec. 41, Blk. OW, TTRR Co. and Sec. 14, Blk. OW, J.W. Daniels Survey, in Precinct #4, with an 8″ Gas Pipeline.
