The Pecos County Commissioners’ Court met in regular session on Monday, July 24.
The Commissioners heard a presentation by Bristi Cure regarding the Desert Sky Wind Repower. No action was taken.
An optional fee of about $10 was approved for 2018 in addition to vehicle registration fees.
The Court also approved the lease agreement on a Xerox machine for the Juvenile Probation Department, accepted the donation of tables and fold-out benches from FSISD, approved the Predator Control Report from USDA-APHIS Wildlife Services, and moved funds from a contingency fund to repair a tractor in Precinct 3.
Santiago Cantu, Precinct 4 Commissioner, was authorized by the Court to approve plans and specifications for TxCDBG’s contract for Imperial’s water line transmission line replacement project. The project will be bid upon.
