THE PECOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN REGULAR SESSION ON MONDAY, AUGUST 12, 2019 AT 10:00 A. M. IN THE COUNTY COURTROOM, PECOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 103 W. CALLAGHAN, FORT STOCKTON, TEXAS.

AGENDA:

1.Prayer.

2,Court to approve Minutes of Previous Meeting(s).

3. Court to consider and/or act upon approving the 2018 Annual Pecos County Memorial Hospital Audit Report as presented by Durbin & Co., LIP.

4. Court to consider and/or act upon approving the 2018 Annual County Audit Report as presented by Weaver and Tidwell, LIP.

5. Court to consider and/or act upon Proclamation for "Dinner Tonight Anniversary".

6. Court to consider and/or approve the Continued Receipt of the Share of Bingo Prize Fee Funds (must be a majority vote). Upon the approval, submit said approval to the Texas Lottery Commission of the Decision no later than November 1,2019; and notify each Licensed Authorized Organization within the Pecos County's jurisdiction, as applicable, of the Continued Imposition of the Fee.

7. Court to consider and/or act upon imposing Optional Fees for 2020 in Addition to Vehicle Registration Fees,

8. Court to consider and/or act upon request for Sheriff Harris and Chief Deputy Perkins to leave the State for the Southwest Border Sheriffs' Conference in Tucson, Arizona (September 16-19,2019).

9. Court to consider and/or act upon Sheriff and Constable Fees for 2020.

10.Court to consider and/or act upon accepting Re-Plat of Lots 2R, 3R, 4R, & 5, Block

1 of the Pecos County Industrial Park to 2T Partnership, LTD,

11,Court to consider and/or act upon Long Term Lease of Lots 2R, 3R, 4R, & .5, Block 1

of the Pecos County Industrial Park.

12. Court to consider and/or act upon Long Term Lease of Building Located at Lot 5, Block 1 of the Pecos County Industrial Park to 2T Partnership, LTD.

13. Court to consider and/or act upon approval of Sub Lease of Lot 2R, block 1 of the Pecos County Industrial Park between 2T Partnership and Mesa Natural Gas Solutions, LLC.

14. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Permian Basin Speleological Society to enter Comanche Springs Cave for Middle Pecos Groundwater Conservation District to replace the Monitoring Equipment for the Spring.

15. Court to consider and/or act upon Interlocal Agreement between the State of Texas, acting by and through the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles and the County of Pecos for Provision of Equipment and Consumables to Counties to administer Motor Vehicle Title and Registration Transactions.

16. Court to consider and/or act upon accepting Donation from FSHS Class of 1979 to Pecos County 4-H.

17. Court to consider and/or act upon allowing CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) to utilize Community Action's Small Building at 101 N. Jackson; CASA will pay Utilities.

18. Court to consider and/or act upon replacing FIVAC System at Community Action's Small Building at 101 N. Jackson.

19,Court to consider and/or act upon request from Pecos County WCID#1 to cross

County Road at 1 772 W. 53rd Lane in Precinct #1 with a 2" Line (3 Crossings "A", "C" and "D".

20. Court to consider and/or ad upon purchasing and installing an On-Site Septic Tank System for the Justice of the Peace/Sheriff's Office/Boy Scouts Building in Imperial. To be paid with Budgeted Funds previously approved for Imperial Old Community Building Improvements.

21. Court to consider and/or act upon Interlocal Agreement between Lubbock County, Texas (acting through the Regional Public Defender for Capital Cases) and Pecos County, (effective October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020), thereafter, agreement shall renew automatically each October 1, for a successive one-year term through September 30, 2021, unless otherwise terminated under this agreement.

22.Court to consider and/or act upon request to re-instate Precinct #3 Employee for Insurance Coverage.

23.Court to consider and/or act upon moving a Position 8 from the Iraan Golf Course to the Park #3 and moving the Position 7 from Park to Golf Course.

24.Court to consider and/or act upon a Constitutional Amendment Election for November 5th, 2019.

25.Court to consider and/or act upon setting Locations for Early voting in the Amendment Election from October 21' thru November 1, 2019 and for Voting Day on November 5, 2019.

26.Court to consider and/or act upon accepting Donation from Rio Grande Electric Cooperative of 12 Used Conference Room Chairs to Precinct #2.

27. PCMH

A. Court to examine and approve or disapprove Transfer of Funds for PCMH.

B. Court to consider and/or approve payment of Overtime for PCMH.

C. Court to examine and approve or disapprove Accounts Payable for PCMH.

D. Court to hear Report on Updates at PCMH.

28.COUNTY TREASURER TO PRESENT:

A. Court to approve or disapprove Financial Report.

B. Court to consider and/or approve payment of County Overtime.

29.COUNTY AUDITOR TO PRESENT:

A. Court to approve or disapprove request for Line Item Transfers and Budget Amendments.

B. Court to approve or disapprove Reports of County Office(s).

C. Court to approve or disapprove Financial Report.

D. Court to examine and approve or disapprove all Accounts.

30.Open discussion with public and news media on today's agenda items.
