Odilia De La Rosa Rodriguez went to be with her Savior on May 15, 2021. She was born on July 30, 1939, in Del Rio, Texas, to Enemencio and Guadalupe De La Rosa.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband of 60 years, Cruz G. Rodriguez.

Odilia is survived by her children Cruz Rodriguez, Jr., Tomas Rodriguez (Elva), and Alicia De Anda (Enrique); sisters Guadalupe Cantu and Ysolina Molina; brother Enemencio De La Rosa; grandchildren Duvan, Benjamin, Abbigail, Annika, Nick, Tony, Andy, Sandy, Iman, and Juanito; four great grandchildren; and an abundance of nieces and nephews.

Odilia was an active member of Northside Church in Fort Stockton, Texas, for 13 years, and loved being a part of the Lavender Ladies. She enjoyed watering her plants, watching her TV shows, and most importantly visiting and attending all of her grandchildren’s social events. She was their biggest fan. Odilia was loyal to all of her friends and family, and was loved by many. She will be greatly missed by all.

The visitation was held on May 18, 2021, at Heritage Funeral Home in Fort Stockton. The funeral to proceeded at Northside Church. Burial followed at East Hill Cemetery.
