Bruce Allen Cartwright entered into rest on June 9, 2021. He was born Aug. 29, 1965, to Charles Henry Cartwright, Sr., and Ada Lee Wilkerson.

Bruce is survived by his wife Norma Cartwright; his brothers, Chris Wilkerson from Monahan, Texas, Elroy Wilkerson and wife Myra of Wickett, Texas, and Charles H. Cartwright Jr of Wickett; sister Janice Wilkerson; and many nieces and nephews, cousins, loved ones, and friends.

Bruce was a loving man and a hard worker, and he loved all people. He liked to fish, barbecue, and have a beer. He was a wonderful brother-in-law and brother. Wherever he went, he brought sunshine into the day. He loved loud rock and roll, and loved to garden. He considered the people of Fort Stockton, Texas, to be family and loved them just as he would his own.

Visitation was held June 15, 2021, at Heritage Funeral Home in Fort Stockton. The fu-neral service was held June 16, 2021, at Heritage Funeral Home.
