Henry was preceded in death by his mother Rosa Gonzales; grandparents Pedro and Refugia Vijil-Gonzales; brothers Alonzo Gonzales and Luis Hernandez; sister Arceila Marquez; and great grandson German Carrasco.

He was a man of faith, a true gentleman, and a beloved father who lived his life well. He was born in 1927 to Rebecca Smith Sherrill and Charles E. Sherrill, Sr., in Seagraves, Texas.
With his wide smile and contagious laugh, Harry Hamner possessed an engaging and entertaining personality vastly larger than his slight frame. Throughout his life, he held a deep and abiding love for what he cherished – rock and blues music, cars (preferably fast ones), the solitude of small-town life, good books, great friends, and his beloved family.

Estella was born in Imperial, Texas, on Sept. 4, 1939, to Santos and Natividad (Rey) Esparza. Estella was a devout Catholic who read her bible daily to pray for her loved ones and spread her faith in those around her.

Recitation of the Most Holy Rosary and the Divine Mercy Chaplet will be at 3 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 13, 2021, at St. James Catholic Church in Sanderson, Texas. The funeral Mass will be held immediately after, beginning at 4 p.m., with Fr. Francis Njoku officiating. Burial will follow at Santa Rita Cemetery. Arrangements are handled by Eternity Funeral Home.
Fidel Q. Terrazas Jr. left us to be with the Lord Jesus Christ on July 27. He was born on Jan. 1, 1934, in Fort Stockton to Fidel Terrazas Sr. and Balbina Quintana.
Fidel was preceded in death by his wife, Dora G. Terrazas; his father, Fidel Terrazas Sr; his mother, Balbina Quintana; his brother, Camilo Terrazas; and his sister Dora Cordona.
Roy Dee Armstrong, age 87, of Fort Stockton, Texas, died Tuesday, July 13, 2021, following a lengthy illness. He passed away in the loving arms of his wife Althea (Ali) Lannom Armstrong at his home in Fort Stockton.
Roy was born on December 31, 1933, in Crosbyton to Ida Roswell Armstrong and Roy Dee Armstrong. He was married to Dorothy Armstrong for 58 years until her death in 2014. They had no children.
