Blake Everett Graves

Blake Everett Graves went to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, Jan. 29, 2023 in McCamey, Texas. He was born on Dec. 10, 1982 in Odessa, Texas. He grew up in West Texas and Phoenix, Arizona and excelled in sports. He was a standout athlete in many sports including football, baseball, hockey, wrestling, softball, and golf. He also loved to water ski and snowboard. He earned many distinctions in sports as he was “All City” in wrestling and “All-District” in football. Adding to his athlete prowess, he was a wild steer saddling champion five years running in the World Championship Barbados Cookoff in Rankin, Texas.

Denna Ann Sadler

Denna Ann Sadler was a force of life and light that will remain with us always. She passed away Jan. 31, 2023, with her family at her side.

A celebration of her life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, 2023, at First United Methodist Church, Fort Stockton, Texas. We invite anyone who knew her to attend and remember her incredible life.

Coca-Cola will be served. Arrangements are under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home.

Carolyn Brown Carpenter, born April 13, 1938, 84 years of age, of Fort Stockton, Texas, passed away on Jan. 23, 2023, in her home in Fort Stockton.

Visitation and Memorial service will take place on Jan. 28 at the Heritage Funeral Home in Fort Stockton, Texas. Visitation will be from 3-4 p.m. with the Memorial service from 4-5 p.m.

Braulio Ramirez Lopez, 75 of Fort Stockton, Texas passed away on Sunday, Jan. 15, 2023, in Odessa, Texas. 

Visitation will be Friday, Jan. 20, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. to noon at Heritage Funeral Home of the Big Bend 301 N. Main St. Fort Stockton, Texas 79735.  Rosary will be recited at noon.  Funeral Mass will be Friday, Jan. 20, 2023, at 2:00PM at 2:00PM at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church 401 S. Main St. Fort Stockton, Texas 79735. Burial will follow at Fort Stockton Catholic Cemetery.

H.T. Morgan

With a heavy heart we report that our beloved father, H.T. Morgan, passed away on Dec. 24, 2022.  H.T. was born on March 17, 1931.

He served in the Air Force in his early years where his travels took him to the Middle East and other countries. For most of his life he was a car salesman in Fort Stockton and the West Texas area until he retired in 2005.
