The Pecos County Senior Citizens Center will hosts its Christmas Potluck dinner this Friday, Dec 9, at noon at the Senior Citizens Center, located at 1010 W. 14th Street in Fort Stockton.

Ham will be provided and all attendees are asked to bring a side dish or a dessert.

The Senior Citizens Center is open to all Pecos County residents 50 and older, with dues running only $5 per year. New members are welcome to attend the Christmas dinner this Friday and sign up.

Regular activities include regular Skip Bo games, quilting, potluck luncheons, Fourth of July hot dog suppers, Sing Alongs and several other events throughout the year.

The Senior Center provides a safe place for anyone over 50 to meet new people and have activities during the chilly winter months. For younger folks, it’s a safe place for your parents, or grandparents to go during the daylight hours.
