The Texas Department of Child Protective Services Christmas Foster Child program has joined efforts with The Pecos County State Bank in sponsoring the “Foster Child Giving Tree” this year.  Paper ornaments with names of Foster Children from our area with their Christmas Wishes, are available at The Pecos County State Bank for you to pick up and spread the Christmas joy by shopping and providing the gifts listed.  Some of these wishes are for toys and others for clothing. But all will bring smiles to the faces of children who have experienced abuse and neglect in their young lives.   

The paper ornaments can be found in the lobby of The Pecos County State Bank in their Fort Stockton location until Dec. 8 when the gifts are due back to the bank.  Donors are asked to return the paper ornaments, with the corresponding gifts to the bank.
