A grand jury in the 112th Judicial District Court in Pecos County indicted a Fort Stockton man on four felony charges involving sexual conduct with a minor last month.

Randy Davila Frausto, 28, was charged with three counts of indecency with a child and one count of sexual performance by a child under the age of 18.

The seconddegree felony charges stem from three separate incidents that allegedly occurred in a three-month span in 2020.

According to court records provided by the 112th District Court, the first incident which involved indecency with a child occurred on May 1, 2020, before a second incident involving indecency occurred on June 15, 2020.

Documentation showed the final incident between Frausto and the minor, which involved indecency and sexual performance by a child, occurred on Aug. 5, 2020.

According to Pecos County Sheriff TJ Perkins, the original arrest for the charges was made by the sheriff’s office on Feb. 22, 2021. Frausto posted bond at the time.

The inmate arrests report provided by the sheriff’s office showed that Frausto was arrested for last month’s grand jury indictment on Nov. 23.

Frausto posted a $50,000 bond and was released on Nov. 24. Frausto and is due back to the 112th District Court for an arraignment hearing on Dec. 12, 2022, at 10 a.m.
