The Fort Stockton Adult Leadership Program provides both professional and personal growth opportunities through education and experience for adults over the age of 18 in the community.

The Fort Stockton Chamber of Commerce and leadership program encourages businesses to enroll managers and team leaders in the program – participants gain useful leadership skills and develop community connections that benefit not only themselves but their employers as well.

The 2023-2024 class begins with a retreat on Sept. 14-17, 2023, and runs through May 2024 with monthly education days.

The Youth Leadership program provides community learning and volunteer experience to high school seniors, with scholarship opportunities upon successful completion of the class.

All students who will be a senior during the 2023-2024 school year are eligible to apply.
