It is important to note that an arrest should not be considered as evidence of guilt. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. 

June 27 

*Deyshinna Wright, of Houston. At 3:21 a.m., the Department of Public Safety apprehended Wright and charged her with possession of a controlled substance PG 2, more than 4 grams less than 400 grams; $3,500 bond, released June 28. 

*Rayan Christopher Simpson, of Lafayette, Louisiana. At 8:46 a.m., the Department of Public Safety apprehended Simpson and charged them with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces. $500 PR bond set and released the same day. 

*Ben Ramon Recio, of Odessa. At 2:28 p.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Recio and charged him with public intoxication. $500 PR bond and released the same day. 

*Justin Wayne Stapp, of Fort Stockton. At 10:53 p.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Stapp and charged him with FTA-Racing on highway, Pecos County warrant. $1,000 bond and released June 28. 

June 28 

*Nicholas Ruben Moran, of Plainview, Texas. At 5:28 a.m., the Department of Public Safety apprehended Moran and charged him with two counts of smuggling of persons, $10,000 bond for each charge, $20,000 total, released the same day.  

June 29 

*Jesus Gerado Saldana, of Edinburg, Texas. At 1:55 a.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Saldana and charged him with Evading Arrest/Detention with Vehicle, Hidalgo County Warrant; $30,000 bond and released the same day. 

*Satdiel Jeremy Dominguez, of Fort Stockton. At 1:40 p.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Dominguez and charged them with resisting arrest, search or transport, Pecos County warrant; $2,500 bond set and still in jail. 

*Chezarahy Velasquez, of Fort Stockton. At 9:31 p.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Velasquez and charged him with Bail Jumping/FTA Evading Arrest or Detention ($2,500 Cash Bond Set) and Bail Jumping/FTA-Resisting Arrest, Search or Transport ($2,500 Cash Bond Set), Howard County Warrants; Still in jail. 

*Rogers Joel Brendon, of Hobbs, N.M. At 10:38 p.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Brendon and charged him with Reckless Driving; $1,500 bond set and he’s still in jail. 

June 30

*Hector De Luna, of Robinson, Texas. At 12:52 p.m., the Department of Public Safety apprehended De Luna and charged him with MTR-Money Laundering greater than $200,000, Williamson County Warrant; $50,000 bond set and he’s still in jail.

*Alejandro Iram Anaya, of Odessa. At 3:13 p.m. the Department of Public Safety apprehended Anaya and charged him with Blue Warrant-Assault Family Violence; no bond set and he’s still in jail.

*Ben Ramon Recio, of Odessa. At 10:26 p.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s office apprehended Recio and charged him with Public Intoxication; $1,000 PR Bond and he was released July 1.

July 1

*Conner Stonewall Miller, of Fort Stockton. At 5:49 a.m., the Department of Public Safety apprehended Miller and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated First Offense; $1,250 bond and released the same day.

*Christian Isaac Candanoza, of Odessa. At 6:33 a.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Candanoza and charged him with Possession of a Controlled Substance PF 2 greater than 400 grams; $4,000 bond and released the same day.

*Stephanie Rae Montoya, of Lubbock. At 5 p.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Montoya and charged her with Theft of Property greater than $750 less than $2,500; $1,500 bond set and still in jail.

*Devin Rey Padilla, of Fort Stockton. At 6:17 p.m. deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Padilla and charged him with MTR-Criminal Mischief greater than $100 less than $750, Pecos County Warrant; $1,000 bond set and still in jail.

*Ryli Schea Delgado, of El Paso. At 9:16 p.m., the Department of Public Safety apprehended Delgado and charged them with Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces ($500 PR Bond) and Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 ($2,000 bond), released July 2.

July 2

*Zechriah Salazar, of Pecos. At 2:50 a.m., the Department of Public Safety apprehended Salazar and charged him with Possession of Marijuana greater than 4 ounces less than 5 pounds ($3,500 bond) and Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 less than 28 grams ($2,000 bond), released the same day.

*Joseph Benjamin Ybarra, of Fort Stockton. At 3:29 a.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Ybarra and charged him with Resisting Arrest, Search or Transport ($1,000 bond) and Public Intoxication $500 bond), released the same day.

*Nedia Ybarra, of Fort Stockton. At 3:43 a.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Ybarra and charged them with Public Intoxication ($500 bond) and Resisting Arrest, Search or Transport ($1,500 bond), released the same day.

*Juan Felipe Granada, of Fort Stockton. At 2:36 p.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Granada and charged him with Aggravated Assault Date/Family/House, Pecos County Warrant; $6,000 bond set and still in jail.

*Jacob Tyler Marshall, of Fort Stockton. At 5:13 p.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Marshall and charged him with Public Intoxication; $1,000 bond set and still in jail.

*Oscar Romero Benavides, of Fort Stockton. At 5:56 p.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Benavides and charged him with Public Intoxication; $1,000 bond and released July 3.

July 3

*Eddie Palacios Jr., of Fort Stockton. At 12:33 a.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Palacios and charged him with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams; $2,500 bond and released the same day.

*Eduardo Tellez-Giron Delgado, of El Paso. At 1:26 a.m., the Department of Public Safety apprehended Delgado and charged him with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 less than 1 gram ($2,000 bond) and Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces ($500 PR Bond), released the same day.

*Grace Johnson, of Tucson, Arizona. At 4:43 a.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Johnson and charged her with Assault; $1,000 PR bond and released the same day.

*Gloria Chavez Ortiz, of Fort Stockton. At 2:22 p.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Ortiz and charged her with two counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Pecos County Warrants; $25,000 PR bond for each count, $50,000 total; released the same day.

July 4

*America Anahi Barry, of Fort Stockton. At 11:14 a.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Barry and charged her with Theft of Property greater than $100 less than $750, Pecos County Warrant; $1,000 bond and released the same day.

*David Ramon Portillo Mejia, of Gardendale, Texas. At 1:47 p.m., the Department of Public Safety apprehended Portillo Mejia, and charged him with five counts of Smuggling of persons ($10,000 bond for each count), and two counts of Smuggling of Persons under the age of 18 ($12,000 bond for each count) for a grand total of $74,000 in bonds; still in jail.

*Jonathan Patrick Salley, of Midland. At 6:37 p.m., the Department of Public Safety apprehended Salley and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated Second Offense ($3,000 bond set) and Unl. Carrying Weapon ($1,500 bond set); still in jail.

*Mauricio Armando Mejia Soto, of Fort Stockton. At 8:53 p.m., the Department of Public Safety apprehended Soto and charged him with Driving While intoxicated Blood Alcohol Level greater than 0.15; $1,500 bond set and still in jail.

*Rodolfo Valentino Alvarez, of Fort Stockton. At 9:30 p.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Alvarez and charged him with FTA-Driving While Intoxicated Blood Alcohol level greater than 0.15 ($1,000 bond set) and Driving While Intoxicated First Offense ($1,500 Bond Set); still in jail.
