February 10

*Salvador Garay, Jr., of Fort Stockton. At 4:34 a.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Garay and charged him with Failure to Identify Giving False/ Fictitious ID (Pecos County Warrant), $2,000 bond, released the next day.

*Omar Gamboa, of Fort Stockton. At 12:41 p.m., Fort Stockton Police Department Officers apprehended the subject and charged him with MTA-Possession of a Controlled Substance (Pecos County Warrant), no bond approved, still in jail.

*Bayron Marvin Martinez, of Highlands, Texas. At 8:40 p.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Martinez and charged him with Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon ($2,000 Bond), and Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces ($500 PR Bond), released the next day.

February 11

*Michael Jeffery Dillard, of Fort Stockton. At 4:03 p.m., FSPD Officers apprehended the subject and charged him with Harassment, $2,000 Bond set, still in jail.

*David Wayne Broussard, of Fort Stockton. At 8:22 p.m., FSPD Officers apprehended the subject and charged him with Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces ($500 PR Bond), Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon ($3,000 Bond), Theft of a Firearm ($6,000 Bond set), and Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2-A greater than 4 ounces less than 5 pounds ($5,000 Bond set), still in jail.

*William Leon Tournay III, of Imperial. At 11:49 a.m., FSPD Officers apprehended the subject and charged him with Assault Causes Bodily Injury ($3,500 Bond set, Pecos County Warrant), and Blue Warrant (No Bond Approved), still in jail.

*Joe Lewis Taylor, Jr., of El Paso. At 1:40 p.m., DPS Troopers apprehended the subject and charged him with Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces, $500 PR Bond, released the same day.

February 14

*Victor Emanuel Vela Jr., of Fort Stockton. At 12:32 a.m., FSPD Officers apprehended Vela and charged him with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1-1B less than 1 gram ($6,000 Bond set), and Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces ($500 PR Bond), still in jail.

*Ronald Ray Pickering, of Fort Stockton. At 4:16 a.m., FSPD Officers apprehended Pickering and charged him with Accident Involving Injury/Death, $2,500 Bond, released the same day.

*Hayden Conner Johnson, of Springfield, Michigan. At 8:38 a.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended the subject and charged him with FTA/Possession of a Controlled Substance, Pecos County Warrant ($8,000 bond), and Bail Jumping and Fail to Appear Felony, Pecos County Warrant ($10,000 bond), still in jail.

*Xiadani Madrigal, of Hollywood, Florida. At 5:18 p.m., DPS Troopers apprehended the subject and charged them with Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces, $500 PR Bond, released the same day.

*Alonzo Jose Rodriguez, of Fort Stockton. *Luis Armando Lozoya, of Socorro, Texas. At 12:51 p.m. DPS Troopers apprehended the subject and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated Second Offense, El Paso County Warrant, $4,900 Bond, released the same day.

*Martin Rangel, of Fort Stockton. At 5:50 p.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Rangel and charged him with Bench Warrant – Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Pecos County Warrant, No Bond Approved, still in jail.

February 17

*Manuel Blanco Calderon, Jr., of Fort Stockton. At 1:58 p.m., FSPD Officers apprehended Calderon and charged him with Public Intoxication, $1,500 PR Bond, released the next day.

*Daniela Gomez, of Austin. At 6 p.m., FSPD Officers apprehended Gomez and charged her with Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces ($500 PR Bond), and Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 Greater than 400 grams ($5,000 Bond), released the next day.
