It is important to note that an arrest should not be considered as evidence of guilt. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.   

December 28 

*Shaquille Jahmual Duckett, of Richmond, Texas. At 9 a.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Duckett and charged him with Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces; $500 PR Bond, released the same day. 

*Dusten Henry Fuentez, of Fort Stockton. At 10:43 a.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Fuentez and charged him with FTA-Burglary of a building, Pecos County warrant; $250,000 bond set, still in jail. 

*Robert Anthony Garcia, of Fort Stockton. At 10:58 a.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Garcia and charged him with Unauthorized Use of Vehicle ($100,000 bond set); FTA/Display Fictitious License Plate ($1,000 bond set); MTR/Theft of Property >=$100<$750 ($1,000 bond set), Pecos County warrants; still in jail. 

December 29 

*Jonathan Zachary McGuire, of Fort Stockton. At 2:13 p.m., FSPD officers apprehended McGuire and charged him with Disorderly Conduct; $1,00 PR bond, released the next day. 

*Marisol Morales Mata, of Fort Stockton. At 3:21 p.m., FSPD apprehended Mata and charged her with FTA-Theft of Service greater than $100 less than $750; Pecos County warrant, $1,000 bond set, still in jail. 

December 30 

*George Wade Cornett, of Fort Stockton. At 5:42 p.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Cornett and charged him with Resist Arrest Search or Transport ($1,000 bond); Fail to Identify Fugitive from Justice ($8,000 bond); still in jail. 

December 31, 2023 

*Jaron Renteria Garcia, of Fort Stockton. At 4:52 p.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Garcia and charged him with Assault Family/household member, Pecos County warrant, $20,000 bond set, still in jail. 

January 1, 2024 

*Concepcion Granado, Jr., of Fort Stockton. At 2:49 p.m., FSPD officers apprehended Granado and charged him with Theft of Property greater than $100 less than $750, Pecos County warrant, $1,000 bond, released the next day. 

January 2 

*Aaron Granado Mata, of Fort Stockton. At 9 a.m., FSPD officers apprehended Mata and charged him with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 less than 1 gram ($5,000 bond); Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 >=1g<4g ($7,500 bond), still in jail. 

January 3 

*Ziola Margarita Lopez, of Forty Stockton. At 12:11 a.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Lopez and charged her with Possession of a controlled substance PG 1 less than 1 gram, $4,000 bond, released the same day. 

January 5 

*Jaime Brito Rodriguez, of Fort Stockton. At 9:12 a.m. Pecos County Deputies apprehended the subject and charged him with Comm-Driving While Intoxicated 3rd offense, Sentence stated, still in jail. 

*William Emerson Porter, of Marietta, Georgia. At 6:40 p.m., FSPD officers apprehended Porter and charged him with Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces ($500 PR bond); Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams ($3,000 bond); Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams ($3,000 bond), still in jail. 

January 7 

Adan Flores Acosta, Jr., of Fort Stockton. At 3:03 a.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Acosta and charged him with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 greater than 4 grams less than 200 grams, $5000 bond, released the same day.
