INMATE ARREST REPORTS
It is important to note that an arrest should not be considered as evidence of guilt. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
December 21
*Christopher James Burley, of Benzonia, Michigan. At 3:13 a.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Burley and charged him with Felony Parole Violation, Michigan warrant, No bond and still in jail.
*Alfredo Romeo Navarrette, of Pecos. At 3:30 p.m., Pecos County deputies apprehended the subject and charged him with FTA-Driving While License Invalid; $1,000 bond set, still in jail.
*Jose Luis Perez, of Fort Stockton. At 4:03 p.m., Pecos County deputies apprehended Perez and charged him with Indecency with a child sexual contact; $25,000 bond, released the next day.
December 22
*Javier Landa, of Santa Fe, Texas. At 6:41 a.m., DPS apprehended Landa and charged him with Smuggling of Persons; $7,000 bond, released Dec. 24.
*Justine Candice Landa, of Santa Fe, Texas. At 10:25 a.m., DPS apprehended Landa and charged her with Smuggling of Persons: Firearm, $10,000 bond, and Unlawful Carrying Weapon, $2,000 bond; released Dec. 24.
*Louis Villarreal Baca IV, of Odessa. At 7:15 p.m., DPS apprehended Baca and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated First Offense; $1,200 bond, released Dec. 24.
*Dario Xavier Morales, of Fort Stockton. At 11:45 p.m., FSPD apprehended Morales and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated Open Alcohol Container; $1,200 bond, released the next day.
December 23 *Irene Nicole Gonzales, of Fort Stockton. At 2:54 a.m., FSPD officers apprehended Gonzales and charged her with Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence; $5,000 bond, released later that day.
*Isaac Grado Dominguez, of Fort Stockton. At 10:36 p.m., FSPD apprehended Dominguez and charged him with Public Intoxication; $ 1,500 PR Bond, released the next day.
December 26
*James Eric Vasquez, of San Antonio. At 1:37 a.m., DPS apprehended Vasquez and charged him with Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces; $500 PR Bond, released the same day, *Tana Faye Godines, of Andrews. At 11:20 p.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Godines and charged her with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 less than 1 gram; $3,000 bond set, still in jail.
