AUG. 13

*Graciela Huerta Aguilar, of Midland. At 1:31 a.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Aguilar and charged her with Driving While Intoxicated with Child, $4,000 bond and released the same day.

*Dianna Gamboa Coriano, of Fort Stockton. At 3:28 a.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Coriano and charged her with four counts of MTR-Theft of Property greater than $1,500 less than $20,000 (no bond approved on those counts), Tempering with a government record ($4,000 bond set) and Failure to Identify Fugitive Intent to Give False Information ($4,000 bond set), still in jail.

*Consuelo Sanchez Hurtado, of Midland. At 4 a.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Hurtado and charged her with Driving While Intoxicated First Offense, $1,200 bond and released the same day.

*Jack Alan Mayes, of Rock Island, Texas. At 1 p.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Mayes and charged him with MTRDriving While Intoxicated Third Offense, no bond approved and he’s still in jail.

AUG. 14

*Dalicia Ariel Cheatham, of Los Angeles, California. At 3:04 a.m., officers from the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended the individual and charged them with Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces, $500 PR Bond and released the same day.

AUG. 15

*Roxanne Avila Flores, of Fort Stockton. At 12:51 p.m., officers from the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Flores and charged her with Driving While License Invalid, $1,500 bond and released the next day.

AUG. 16

*Tyler Nicole Franco, of Coyanosa. At 4:29 a.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Franco and charged them with MTR-Resisting Arrest Search or Transport, Pecos County warrant ($1,000 bond set), and MTARobbery, Ector County warrant (no bond approved) still in jail. *Tyler Nicole Franco, of Coyanosa. At 4:56 a.m., DPS Troopers arrested Franco and charged them with Failure t Identify Fugitive with Intent to Give False Information ($1,500 bond set) still in jail.

*Benito Antonio Alvarado III, of San Antonio. At 10:18 p.m., Pecos County Sheriff’s Deputies apprehended Alvarado and charged him with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 less than 1 gram ($3,000 bond) and Unlawful Carrying of Weapon ($1,500 bond) released the next day.

AUG. 17

*Austin Gabriel Brown, of Houston. At 10:04 a.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Brown and charged him with FTA-Theft Written Lease on a warrant out of Outagamie County, Wisconsin, charges were dropped, and he was released the same day.

*Jessiah David Martin, from an undisclosed location. At 1:22 p.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Martin and charged him with Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon, $15,000 bond set and still in jail.

*Nathan Thomas Duong, of Houston. At 4:12 p.m., Pecos County Sheriff’s deputies apprehended Duong and charged him with Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces ($500 PR Bond) and Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 greater than 4 grams less than 400 grams ($5,000 bond) released the next day.

*Ruben John Gonzales, of Fort Stockton. At 6:20 p.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Gonzales and charged him with FTAAssault Family/Household Member, Pecos County Warrant, ($250,000 bond set), still in jail.

*Mario Alberto Hernandez, of Fort Stockton. At 9:03 p.m., Fort Stockton Police officers apprehended Hernandez and charged him with Evading Arrest or Detention, Pecos County warrant ($2,000 bond), released the next day.

AUG. 18

*Kyle Dwayne Smith, of Fort Stockton. At 12:33 a.m., FSPD officers apprehended Smith and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated Second Offense ($3,000 bond) and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon ($1,500 bond) released the same day.

*Nicholas Andrew Martinez, of Fort Stockton. At 2:53 a.m., Pecos County Sheriff’s Deputies apprehended Martinez and charged him with Three Counts of Harassment of a Public servant ($10,000 bond each Count); Resisting Arrest Search or Transport ($2,000 bond), and Two Counts of Class C Assault ($500 bond each count), released the next day.

AUG. 19

*Raphael Martinez Garcia, of Fort Stockton. At 2:17 a.m., Pecos County Sheriff’s Deputies apprehended Garcia and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated Third or More Offense ($5,000 bond), released the same day.

AUG. 20

*Joshua Corrales, of Imperial. At 3 a.m., Pecos County Sheriff’s deputies apprehended Corrales and charged him with Class C Assault ($500 bond), released the same day.

*Oscar Jovany Lopez, of Fort Stockton. At 6 p.m., Fort Stockton PD officers apprehended Lopez and charged him with Criminal Trespass ($500 PR Bond), released the next day.

AUG. 21

*Oscar Romero Benavides, Jr., of Fort Stockton. At 5 a.m., Fort Stockton PD officers apprehended Benavides and charged him with Terroristic Threat ($2,000 bond), released the same day.

AUG. 22

*Oscar Jovany Lopez, of Fort Stockton. At 2:11 a.m., officers from the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Lopez and charged him with Criminal Trespass ($500 PR Bond), released the next day.

AUG. 23

*Abdula Abdulaev, of Brooklyn, N.Y. At 11:15 a.m., deputies from the Pecos County Sheriff’s office apprehended the individual and chargedhimwithKidnapping on a warrant out of San Jose, California; $10,000 bond set and still in jail.

*Mario Carrillo, of Fort Stockton. At 5:30 p.m., officers from the Fort Stockton PD apprehended Carrillo and charged him with Terroristic Threat; $4,000 bond set, still in jail.

*Ruby Jean Sosa, of Fort Stockton. At 5:30 p.m., FSPD officers apprehended Sosa and charged her with Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence; $4,000 bond set, still in jail.

AUGUST 25

*Esai Anthony Molinar, of Fort Stockton. At 6:09 a.m., Fort Stockton PD officers apprehended Molinar and charged him with Public Intoxication; $500 bond, released the same day.

*Armando Mike Mendoza, of Iraan. At 8:35 p.m., Pecos County Sheriff’s deputies apprehended the subject and charged him with Assault causes Bodily Injury Family Violence, JP 3 warrant out of Iraan ($5,000 bond set); Burglary of a Habitation, JP 1 Warrant out of Fort Stockton ($20,000 bond); and a Blue Warrant for Parole Violation (No Bond Approved), still in jail.

AUGUST 26

*Aziel Adan Cantu Garcia, of Fort Stockton. At 3:09 a.m., Pecos County deputies apprehended the subject and charged him with Assault; $1,000 bond and released the same day.

*Fabian Isaac Valeriano, of Fort Stockton. At 4:05 a.m., DPS Troopers apprehended the individual and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated First Offense ($1,200 bond), released the same day.

*Eli Munoz Carrillo, of Fort Stockton. At 4:29 a.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Carrillo and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated Third or More Offense; $5,000 bond, released the same day.

*Norma Ortiz Santander, of Terrell, Texas. At 4:42 p.m., Pecos County Sheriff’s Deputies apprehended Santander and charged her with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 greater than 400 grams; $7,000 bond, released the next day.

*Alex Santander, of Terrell, Texas. At 5:31 p.m., Pecos County deputies apprehended the subject and charged him with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 greater than 400 grams; $7,000 bond and released the next day.

*Fredrick Sanchez Gonzales, of Fort Stockton. At 10:37 p.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended the individual and charged him with FTA-Evading Arrest or Detention, Pecos County Warrant; $1,000 bond and he’s still in jail.

AUGUST 27

*Baltazar Sanchez Urias, of Fort Stockton. At 12:13 a.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Urias and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated First Offense; $1,200 bond, released that day.

*James Robert Obrian, of Mineral Wells, Texas. At 1:45 a.m., Fort Stockton PD officers apprehended the subject and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated First Offense; $1,200 bond, released the same day.

*Mario Aguirre Rocha, Jr., of Fort Stockton. At 1:51 a.m., FSPD officers apprehended Rocha and charged him with Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence, Pecos County warrant; $2,000 bond and released the same day.

*Jason Lee Ryan, of Fort Stockton. At 3:31 a.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Ryan and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated Third or More Offense; $4,000 bond and released later that day.

*Francisco Madrid, of Fort Stockton. At 1:03 p.m., officers from the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Madrid and charged him with Burglary of a Habitation; $20,000 bond set and released the next day.

*Michael Lee Munoz, of San Antonio. At 4 p.m., Pecos County Sheriff’s Deputies apprehended the subject and charged him with FTA-Evading Arrest or Detention ($1,500 bond set), FTA-Violation of Bond Condition ($1,500 bond set), and CPF Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, all Pecos County warrants, still in jail.

*Fred Bryan Snyder, Jr., of Imperial. At 6:31 p.m., Pecos County deputies apprehended the individual and charged him with FTADriving While License Invalid, Pecos County warrant; $1,500 bond set and released the next day.

AUGUST 28

*Rasheed Shackleford, of Punta Gorda, Florida. At 12:02 p.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Shackeford and charged him with Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon ($2,000 bond), Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces ($500 PR bond), and False Drug Test Identification Device ($1,500 bond) and released the next day.

AUGUST 29

*Tyler Ray Sparks, of Fort Stockton. At 4:51 p.m., Department of Public Safety Troopers apprehended Sparks and charged him with MTA-Possession of a Controlled Substance (No Bond Approved), and CPFNo Driver’s License, Still in jail.

*Carlos Rey Ramirez, of Fort Stockton. At 9:35 p.m., officers from the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Ramirez and chargedhimwithPossession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces ($500 PR bond), and Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 less than 1 gram ($5,000 bond set), still in jail.

AUGUST 30

*Jose Antonio Tejada, of Fort Stockton. At 12:11 p.m., deputies from the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Tejada and charged him with Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence (Serving Sentence); Unlawful Restraint (Serving sentence); Two Counts of Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces (Serving sentence); Possession of Dangerous Drug (Serving sentence); still in jail.

*Ronald Albert Baca, of Fort Stockton. At 3:01 p.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Baca and charged him with FTABurglary of a Building, Pecos County warrant ($250,000 bond set) still in jail.

*Alessandra Jesenia Sanchez, of Fort Stockton. At 4:56 p.m., Pecos County Sheriff’s deputies apprehended Sanchez and charged her with Speeding 10% Above Posted Limit (Payment Arrangements), and Criminal Mischief greater than $100 less than $750 ($500 PR Bond), Pecos County Warrants, released the same day.

*Reba Garcia Granado, of Fort Stockton. At 5:19 p.m., Fort Stockton Police Officers apprehended Granado and charged her with MTR-Man. Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG 1 greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams, Pecos County warrant, No Bond Approved and she’s still in jail.

*Stephen Kyle O’Reilly, of Fort Stockton. At 10:16 p.m., Fort Stockton Police Department officers apprehended the subject and charged him with GJI-Theft of Property greater than $2,500 less than $30,000, Pecos County Warrant ($2,500 bond set) and he’s still in jail.
