AUG. 8

Bryan Smith, of Austin. At 12:18 a.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Smith and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated First Offense ($1,200 bond) released later that day.

AUG. 9

*Hector Manuel Bolivar, of Fort Stockton. At 12:40 p.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Bolivar and charged him with Criminal Mischief greater than $100 less than $750 ($3,000 PR Bond) released the same day.

*Glenn Michael Crihfield, of Fort Stockton. At 3:10 p.m., deputies from the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office apprehended the subject and charged him with FTA-Theft of Service greater than $750 less than $2,500. ($1,000 bond) released the same day.

*Arturo Chavez, of Laredo. At 3:54 p.m., deputies from the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Chavez and charged him with Wrong/Fictitious/ altered/obscured ID ($500 PR Bond), released the same day.

AUG. 10

*Loretta Gonzales, of Fort Stockton. At 3:43 a.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Gonzales and charged her with Driving While Intoxicated First Offense ($1,200 bond set), released the same day.

*Milinda Gabriella Arguellez,of Laredo. At 9:54 a.m., DPS Troopers apprehended the subject and charged her with Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces ($500 PR Bond) and Possession of a controlled substance PG 2 greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams ($4,000 bond), released the same day.

*Justin Tyler Hughes, of Fort Stockton. At 12:01 p.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Hughes and charged him with FTA-Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence, Pecos County Warrant ($1,000 b0nd, released the same day.
